Rena’s flair for creativity has always found an outlet in makeup application. Throughout High school and College she was always the “go-to” girl for the special look needed for any event. This interest blossomed into a passion during exposure to clients as a licensed Esthetician. Enhancing someone’s appearance through skincare naturally led Rena to the desire to maximize their appearance with makeup.
Seeking excellence in learning multiple techniques, Rena headed to Hollywood where she attended the Westmore Academy of Cosmetic Arts. She was taught all aspects of makeup application including beauty, avant garde, airbrushing, medical aesthetics and special effects by professionals working in all venues of the industry. While living in Burbank, she had the opportunity for additional training in basic contemporary hairstyling and all five aspects of hair extension application.
